During his Vice-Presidency as well as Presidency period, Lucian was very active in bringing changes and structure to FEDEMAC.

He took on the task to further develop the association by implementing structural changes in the Board meetings such as the introduction of a separate agenda called “miscellaneous”, where the Board Members would have the opportunity to discuss “other” topics of interest. He introduced the use of technologies such as beamer to facilitate the smooth running of the meetings. Lastly, he also brought the idea of working groups, which enabled Board Members to concentrate in depth on specific topics. All these structural changes provide FEDEMAC and its Board with a more constructive way of conducting the Board meetings and therefore the decision making process of the federation. Lucian also introduced FEDEMAC to the Forum. A tool, that has been greatly used throughout the years by the Board but also by General Secretary and FEDEMAC representatives.
